Refund policy

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 7-day return window. You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted only if the item doesn’t match the description (e.g., incorrect card printing).

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with easy-to-follow instructions on how to send it back to us. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization won’t be accepted.


Damages & Issues

We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or if the wrong item was sent, please get in touch with us right away. We’ll work with you to fix the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end.
